Upstairs, you’ll find the heart of the home—a bright, open living area with cozy seating, and a fully equipped kitchen that flows right into the dining space overlooking the lake. The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and TV, while the second upstairs bedroom features a full bed with a bunk bed (twin top and full lower)—perfect for kids or extra guests.

Step outside onto the spacious upper deck to soak in the views, fire up the grill, or simply unwind with a drink in hand as the lake sets the pace.

Downstairs offers even more space to relax, with two additional bedrooms (one king and one queen), a full bathroom, a second living area with no TV, and a washer/dryer for convenience.

A quick note on layout: the lower level is accessed by an exterior staircase only. There is no interior connection between the upstairs and downstairs, so you’ll step outside and walk around the home to move between levels. It’s a great setup for added privacy—perfect for groups or multiple families traveling together.

Outside, there’s plenty of yard space for kids to play, plus a lower patio area for shaded hangouts. You’ll also have access to a 10x24 boat slip in the community dock, making it easy to get out and enjoy the water.

And when you’re ready for a little energy, you’re just a short stroll down the boardwalk to Captain Ron’s Bar & Grill—a local favorite with a sandy beach, volleyball, live music, and great food.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 10 days away at time of booking.
